He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Perkins and Loretta Leon Perkins; and his siblings, Candy Laura Perkins, Robert Perkins and Arthur Perkins.
He is survived by: his children, Glenda Connley, Andrea Ferguson (Lewis), Ronnie Perkins, Leslie Perkins, Deanna Perkins and Anthony Perkins; and his close friend Virginia Dale Williams. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and numerous other relatives.
