He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery Miller and Grace Hart Miller; and his brother Ricky Miller. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Rhoten (David) of Charleston, SC; and his siblings, Tom Miller of Grassy Creek, Terry Miller of Ohio, Jeff Miller (Barbara) of Jefferson and Peggy Money of Lenoir. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
