It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert James Robinson of Lenoir, North Carolina, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 21, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Anderson Robinson; his son Fredrick Robinson; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Robinson and Arkeon Taylor; and his siblings, Melvin Glover, Clarence Glover, Barbara Glover, Horace Robinson and Donald Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Robinson; his children, Lovell Robinson (Tina) of Forest City, Monique Taylor of Hudson and Barbara Satterwhite (Scott) of Hudson; his daughter-in-law Jorden Robinson of Collettsville; his siblings, Sylvester Glover, Anderson Robinson (Patricia), Carl Robinson, Dorothy Harper (Donald), Christina Lewis (Ronald) and Gloria Robinson; and his grandchildren, Lovell Robinson Jr., Sylvester Robinson, Jordan Robinson, Latifa Moore, Tajunay Taylor, Christian Satterwhite, Legend Robinson, Sovereign Satterwhite and Devin Littlejohn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
