She is survived by: her sons, Tony Baretta Church and David Jack Church, Jr. (Amanda); her siblings, Tykie Annas, Michael Annas, Scott Annas, Christopher Annas, Shelia Hicks, Lori Annas and Mavis Stpierre; her grandchildren, Chasity Dawn Church, Toni Alia Church, Domanick Church, Kendra Church, Maranda Church and Austin Jones; and her great grandchildren, Jamie Laney, Hunter Bumgarner, Gunner Bumgarner, Emma Roten, Wade Annas Church and Maggie Katosh.
