He was predeceased by: his mother Joanne Tilley; his uncles, Robert Woodring and Terry W Gilbert; and his grandparents, Gene and Donzola Woodring.

He is survived by: his father John Tilley; his uncle James Woodring; his aunts, Sandra W Gilbert and Betty Kaylor; and his cousin Melissa J Hicks.

In lieu of any donations or flowers, the family has asked everyone to help fulfill Richard's last wishes.
