He is survived by: his wife Lois Smith Andes; his children, Dale Wayne Andes (Melody) of Johnson City, Tennessee, David Keith Andes (Lisa) of Johnson City, Tennessee, Danny Lynn Andes of Johnson City, Tennessee and Laura Andes-Coffey (Chris) of Lenoir; his daughter-in-law Crystal Andes of Lenoir; his siblings, D. J. Andes (Carol) of Roanoke, VA, Darrell Dean Andes of Johnson City, TN, Kenneth Andes of Elizabethton, TN, Larry Edward Andes (Zella) of Elizabethton, TN, Marie Frazier (Robert) of Elizabethton, TN and Sue Ellis of Johnson City, TN; and his grandchildren, Chad Andes, Nicholas Andes, Andy Andes, Joe Adams, Brandon Andes and Ashley Andes. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
