He is survived by: his wife Anita Benfield Baker; his children, Curtis Baker (Cora) of Lenoir, Amy Baker (Melissa Pope) of Claremont and Holly Deleon of Lenoir; his brother Anthony "Randy" Simmons of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Kaleb Dula, Hunter Baker, Addison Baker and Lily Deleon; and his close friends, Zack and Cody. He is also survived by numerous friends and co-workers.
