He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perry Waugh and Lois Fulbright Waugh; his brother Tony Michael Waugh; and his granddaughter Georgia Waugh. He is survived by: his wife Birdell Carver Waugh; his son Rodney Dale Waugh (Teresa Ebright); his granddaughters, Bailea Rose Waugh and Kylie Marissa Waugh (Owen Burrow) of Hickory; his great grandchild Makayle Ann Wilson; his brother Terry Lynn Waugh (Donna) of Stony Point; and his sister-in-law Susan Waugh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
