She was predeceased by: her father John W. Ford, Sr.; her son Robert "Doug" Dula; and her siblings, Della Mae Bowman, John Ford Jr., Wincell Ford and Bruce Ford.
She is survived by: her children, James Darryll Dulaand (Karen Icard) and Donna Annette Paisley (Heath Paisley); her grandson Chance Paisley; her sister Annie "Darlene" Smith; her nephews, Dalton Matthews, Chris Smith, Roger Smith, Jonathan Schronce, Brandon McCloud and Joshua Matthews; and also Marvin Ford (Kathy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
