He was predeceased by: his father Richard Hood Sr.; and his siblings, Charles Hood, Richard Hood Jr., Chalmers Hood, Geraldine Dula, Marie Perkins and Marilyn Connelly.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Hood, Breyona Hood and Guy Hood; his sister Carolyn Dula; and his grandchildren, Marsail, Isaiah, Gabrielle and Sarah.
