She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Robert Sims; her brother James Collin; and her parents, Harold Collin and Lucille Collin. She is survived by: her daughter Rosanne Sims Penley (Ernie) of Morganton; her granddaughter Shannon Penley Brown (Scott) of Marietta; her great grandchildren, Matthew Brown, Erin Brown and Nicholas Brown; her sister-in-law Marcie Collin of Olympia; her nephews, Jeff Collin, Steve Collin and Doug Collin; and her close friends, Ron, Terry Watts, Donna Roberts and Dorothy Hecht.
