He is survived by: his grandchildren, Korbin, Asher and Zaida; his wife Lori; his sons, Matthew, Dylan and Garrett; his sisters, Kathy Campbell and Becky Plyler; his father Junior Hendrix; and also, Tabitha, Kalyn, Korbin, Asher and Zaida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
