She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisha Herring and Ola Laxton Brookshire; her former husband Stewart Finley Robbins; her husband Robert "Bob" Fleming; and her siblings, Ned, John Nelson Brookshire and Anna Brookshire Ford Curtis.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas "Tommy" Robbins (Helen) of Lenoir, David Robbins of Thomasville and Frances Robbins Oxford (James W. "Bill") of Lenoir; her grandchildren, Kelly Robbins Ellis Booker, Charles "Charlie" Oxford (Deah) of Hickory, Jacquelyn "Jackie" Oxford Carr (Mike) of Granite Falls, Kathryn Robbins Cooke (Kelly) of Granite Falls, Tara Robbins Noe (Trent) of Hickory, Jill Robbins Keys Hamby and Logan Allen Robbins (Ashley) of Greensboro; her great grandchildren, Michael, Timothy Ellis, Isiah, Micah Oxford, Jaggar, Dawson Carr, Madalyn, Max Cooke, Callie, Clara Noe, Bailey Coleman, Ginny Herald, Brayden, Gavin Keys and Asher Robbins; her stepsons, Ted Fleming (Anna Marie) of Lenoir and Jim Fleming (Laura); and her sister-in-law Leona Robbins Bryant of Cary, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
