He is survived by: his brother Jon Hendrix (Abby); his nephew Jonathan; his niece Peyton; his uncles, Tim Hendrix, Darryl Hendrix (Lisa) and Ronnie Hendrix (Denina); his aunt Debbie Earp (Charles); his cousins, Jordan Hendrix (Nicole), Stacy Coolbaugh, Cody Earp (Bekki), Lindsay Young (Justin) and Caitlin Parham (Desmond); and his pet Maude.
In lieu of flowers, Matt requested contributions be made to his niece and nephew's college fund.
