She is survived by: her children, Brenda Purkey of Bessemer City, Randy Keith Skelton of Morganton, Richard Stephenson of Lenoir and Ruth Ann Lyons of Lexington, KY; her stepson Clinton Stephenson of York, SC; and her siblings, Sallie Stiles of Andrews and Claude Hodge of Andrews. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren.
