It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary E. Heltzer of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on January 30, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Kent and Zella Anderson Kent; her husband Harry Heltzer; and her siblings, Virginia K. Oxford, Anne K. Hickman, Julia K. Watkins, Lillian K. Setzer, Roberta K. Bare, Ruby K. Lamkin, Horry M. Kent, Sr., Robert A. Kent, Sr., William F. Kent, Sr. and James C. Kent, Sr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, a private graveside service for family only will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Blue Ridge Memorial Park conducted by Dr. David Smith.
