He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Forte; his son Allen Forte of Hudson; his stepchildren, Bobby Neff (Lori) of Granite Falls, Toni Davis of Lenoir and Tracy Woodruff (Chad Woodruff) of Lenoir; his grandchildren, Tyler Davis (Chelsie Davis) of Lenoir, Darius Neff of Granite Falls, Colby Burgin of Lenoir, Lindsey Davis of Lenoir and Gracie Neff of Granite Falls; his great grandchildren, Jaxson Davis, Parker Davis and Noah Davis; and his siblings, Luther Forte of Lenoir, David Forte of Seattle, WA, Claudia Forte, Liz Church and Sherry Silva.
