He was predeceased by: his parents, Margo Diane Fox and Melvin Parker Sr.; and his grandparents, Ruby and George Fox. He is survived by: his children, Kebre Anna S. Fox, Kaelin A. Bowman (Sherod), Aliyah Fox and Kolby D. Fox; his aunts, Bertha Tugman and Valerie Fox; and his brothers, Keith Graham and Markus Parker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
