He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Woodbury Jr. and Frances Hoskins Woodbury; and his cousin Bruce Johnston. He is survived by: his sister Frances Woodbury Frye (Les); his niece Elizabeth Frye Burnworth (Craig); his nephew Charlie Frye (Susan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gwyneth Frye, Nina Burnworth, Grace Terry, Beau Burnworth and Walker Terry; and his cousins, Vicki Johnston Havens, Dallas Greer, Peggy Johnston Evans and Keith Johnston.
