It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorri Ellyn Stewart of Lenoir, North Carolina, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. William A. Stewart and Toni Stewart Bennett (Verner); her grandparents, Henry Dewey Verner, Durabelle Elizabeth Daniell, James Albert Stewart, Elizabeth Harriett Smith of Toronto, Ontario, George Augustus Wright, Katie L King (Moody), Howard A. Walker, British Columbia, Hazel Mary Miller (Prentiss) and Manitoba; her great-aunt Vela S. Daniell; and her brother Roger W. Stewart Lorri.
She is survived by: her son Kristoffer D. Stewart (Holly); her granddaughters, Hannah and Taylor (Eddie Dean Coffey) of Gainesville, GA.; and her siblings, Elizabeth Stewart Olson (Mike) of Suwanee, GA, Kyle Stewart Cramer (Mark) and J. Patrick Guinn (Laura Sky). She is also survived by five nieces, five nephews, five great-nephews, and two great-nieces.
Due to Covid-19, a private memorial celebration of Lorri's life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lorri's memory to the Shelter Home of Caldwell County, The American Porphyria Foundation (NORD), or the non-profit of your choice.
