It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorin Dale Whittington (Lenoir, North Carolina), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Cicero Whittington. He is survived by: his siblings, Denis Whittington, Nola Soots and Sheri Beard (Waitsel); and his nieces and nephews, Felicia McCall (Philip), Allison Hall (Rodney), Joy Kemp, Joshua and Joseph Beard.
