It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Melton Hartley of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on October 26, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Melton and Arletha Valentine Melton; her husband Ronard Hartley; and her siblings, JC Melton, Raymond Melton, Betty Richards, Dot Whisnant and Eugena Melton.
She is survived by: her children, Chad Hartley (Eric Delos Santos) of Seattle, WA and Tracy Enloe (Mike) of Lenoir; her siblings, Kenneth Melton (Lynda) of Lenoir and Phyllis Earp of Lenoir; her grandson Garrett Morris; and her stepgrandsons, Luke Enloe and Ben Enloe (Taylor). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Yadkin Baptist Church (2044 Roby Martin Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645).
