We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2022, at the age of 82, Lonnie Edward Starnes (Lenoir, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Shafter Starnes and Irene Starnes; his son Derrick Paul Starnes; and his siblings, Alden, Adrian, Howard and Sadie Austin.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; and his children, Twyla (Terry Myers), Nick Starnes, Patrick (April) and Ismael Vega.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Amorem.
