She was predeceased by: her father Howard Coffey. She is survived by: her spouse Glenn Allen Herman; her children, Diane Smith (Joe), Randy Douglas (Pam), Rita Helton (Danny) and Janet Berry (Allen); and her caregiver Elma Hayes. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
