She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Ward and Esther Ollis Ward; and her brother Curt "Spot" Ward (Joann Lois). She is survived by: her husband Robert Glenn "Bob" Winters; her children, Scott Winters (Connie) of Lenoir and Lori Scott (Gary) of Granite Falls; her siblings, Kenny Ward (Debbie) of Plumtree and Lucy Avery of Plumtree; her grandchildren, Tyler Winters (Brandy), Kindley Scott and Westin Scott; and her great grandchildren, Averie Winters and Blaiklee Winters.
