She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Edgar Small Sr. and Jewel Pearson Small; her husband William "Frank" Price; her siblings, Jerold Small, Butch Small, Doug Small and Peggy Sams; and her son-in-law Johnny Upchurch.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Douglas Price of Leland, Frankie Lynn Upchurch of Lenoir and Mandy Marie Royal (Terry) of Lenoir; her siblings, Dennis Small, Doris Laws of Lenoir and Gail Murphy of Baton; her granddaughter Amber Lynn Nelson of Lenoir; and her brothers-in-law, Steve Price (Linda) and Kevin Price (Tammy).
Memorials may be made in honor of Mrs. Price to Calvary Advent Christian Church at 1330 Delwood Drive SW, Lenoir, NC 28645.
