With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Kay Barber of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on June 3, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Jason Gibson; and her brother Wayne Gibson. She is survived by: her husband Barry Joe Barber; her sons, Stephen Winkler (Kendra) and Scott Winkler (Susan); her stepchildren, Joey Barber, Jamie Harwood and Kim Smith (Chris); her sister Christine Brown; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bumgarner (Nick), Jacob Winkler (Carrie), Alysia Wilson (Nick), Darrin Moose (Megan) and Brayden Winkler; her stepgrandchildren, Spencer Smith, Adam Smith, Kali Harwood, Benjamine Harwood and Grayson Barber; and her great grandchildren, Paisley Bumgarner, Charlotte Bumgarner, Landon Winkler, Emmie Moose and Nash Moose. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
