She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Austin and Mamie C. Austin; and her brothers, Ronnie Austin and William "Buck" Austin. She is survived by: her children, Steven L. Bentley of Lenoir, NC, Gary L. Bentley of Lenoir, NC, Lori Bentley Poteat (Johnny) of Kingsport, TN and Jennifer L. Bentley of Lenoir, NC; and her siblings, Roger D. Austin (Peggy) of Morganton, NC, Edward C. Austin (Alta) of Valdese, NC and Carolyn Polk (Dwight) of Lenoir, NC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
