She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Perkins, Brandy Dula and Angie Dula; her mother Laura Helen Perkins; her siblings, Dennis Perkins and Bonnie Richie; her grandchildren, Brianna Cleckner, Taylor Pendergrast, Hailey Huffman, Isaiah Perkins, Laney Shatley, Gracie Kralovic and Aiden Kincaid; and her great grandchild Keegan Pendergrast. She is also survived by two step-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
