She is survived by: her children, James Moretz (Mary) of Cummings, GA, Linda Thurmond (Mike) of Clover, SC and Mike Moretz (Gail) of Charlotte, NC.; her grandchildren, Sam, Ben, Jake (Allie), Ashley (Josh), Anthony (Christa), Brad (Miranda) and Brian; her great grandchildren, Luke, Eric, Lucas, Kylie, Saylor and Wyatt; her siblings, Carl Gilbert, Jr., Frances Marler and Jean Hatley; and her brother-in-law Ralph Trivette. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Blue Ridge Memorial Park (2017 Wilkesboro Blvd, Lenoir, NC 28645).
