He is survived by: his sons, Steven Penley (Julie) and Luther Penley (Myra); his siblings, Lowell Gene Penley, Terry Penley, Mary Coffey and Lucille Triplett; and his grandchildren, Isabella, Addison, William, Elizabeth, Brooklyn and Luther Jr. (LJ).
