He was predeceased by: his sister Penny Marie Workman; his sister-in-law Tammy Workman (Fred); his sister Vickie Mae Pruden; his son Kenny Workman; his brother David Workman; and his parents, Julius Workman and Elizabeth Brown Workman.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Baker (Norman) of Madison, Indiana and Bobby Workman (Debra) of Wayne; his brothers, Fred Workman of Genoa, WV and Gordon Workman (Catherine) of Genoa, WV; his sister-in-law Louise McGrady Frey (Terry) of Alpine, AL; his stepchildren, Rick Wesson (Reba) of Weogufka, AL, Jerry Ward (Julie) of Dallas, GA, Roger Ditto (Renee) of Guntersville, AL and Julie Overby (Johnny) of Lenoir, NC; his nephew David "Little Davey" Workman (Jennifer); his wife Mary; and also, Paula, Chris, Laura Pelfrey of Sylacauga, AL and Ken. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
