We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2024, at the age of 73, Kay Bristow (Lenoir, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Kay's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Kay has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Edward Mason and June Burch Mason; and her sister Carolyn Townsend. She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Dixon; and her grandchildren, Natasha Townsend, Kyle Townsend and Robert Smith. She is also survived by four brothers and one sister; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
