She is survived by: her children, Terri Gilreath of Lenoir, Valari Shives (Timothy) of Lenoir, Mike Patterson (Mary) of Marion, NC, George Booker of Lenoir and Rickey Booker of Lenoir; and her sister Rose Norwood of Greensboro, NC. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
