She is survived by: her sister Betty Angley Reary of Pfafftown, NC; her children, Ann Canipe Spann (Phillip) and Samuel Edgar Canipe (Linda Cook Canipe) of Lenoir, NC; her grandchildren, Holly Pritchard of Kennebunkport and Mason Pritchard of Lenoir, NC.; her stepgrandchildren, Grayson Spann, Gregg Cook (Amy) and Lori Wade (Andrew); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hunter Cook (Morgan) and Jake Cook.
