She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Barlow and Sheila Woodie Barlow. She is survived by: her spouse Terry Hartley; her son Zachary Hartley; her brother Kevin Barlow (Lisa); her nephew Wesley Barlow (Jennifer); and her niece Amy Barlow Bucher (Eric). She is also survived by five great-nephews and one great- niece.
