She is survived by: her children, Teresa Mozo of Jacksonville, FL, Keith Setzer (Kim) and Dawn Setzer; her grandchildren, Allison Price, Heather Setzer, Madison Setzer, Dustin Helton (Anna), Cameron Helton (Kendall) and Baylee Gordon; her great grandchildren, Lucas Price, Joshua Price, Liam Helton and Savannah Helton; and her sisters, Carolyn Bush, Linda Spicer and Pixie Bush.
