Joyce Marlowe Sides Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Marlowe Sides of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on December 15, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Marlowe and Tennie Stines Marlowe; her husbands, William "Bill" Sides and Richard Crouch; her siblings, Jack Marlowe, Doug Marlowe, Louise Haney, Edith Goforth and Faye Woody; and her grandson Christopher William Tucker.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Sides (Meagan) of Blowing Rock and Tammy Nelson (Alex) of Lenoir; her siblings, Robert Marlowe (Susan) of Colorado, Frank Marlowe (Faye) of Marion, Jane Davis of Spindale and Linda Padgett (Ronald) of Marion; her grandchildren, Erin Underwood, Ryan Sides, Colton Tucker and Tanner Tucker; her stepgrandchildren, Sheena Miller, Jeanna Hamby and Alicia Soldat; and her great grandchildren, Emily Underwood and Allison Underwood. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
