He was predeceased by: his father Herman Luther Campbell, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Lynn Campbell; his son John M. Campbell (Laura) of Apex, NC; his granddaughter Natalie Campbell of Boston, MA; and his brother Herman Luther "Sandy" Campbell, Jr. (Nancy) of Smyrna, TN. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
