He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Thomas Coffey and Nancy Jean Coffey. He is survived by: his fiancée Tamela Louise Coffey; his sons, Johnny Israel Coffey and Christopher Davis Coffey (Nicole Coffey); his grandchildren, Gabriel Coffey, Neveah Coffey, Vistoria Coffey and Lilly Coffey; his brother Chris Coffey (Alice Coffey); and his nieces and nephews, Allen Coffey, Robert Coffey, Jeff Jones, Aspen Jones, Levi Townsend, Nancy Coffey, Kristen Coffey, Chelsea Adams and Madison Coffey.
