He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Clay Miller; his daughter Cindy Miller of Lenoir; his grandchildren, Richard Robbins III of North Dakota, Michael Robbins (April) of Lenoir, Jennifer Lackey of Lenoir and Sierra Miller of Morganton; his siblings, Bill Miller of Anderson, SC, Gail Miller of Virginia and Mary Alice Crumley of Elizabethton, TN.; and his great grandchildren, Madison Lackey, Devon Robbins, Zachery Lackey and Richard Robbins IV.
