He is survived by: his father John Michael Cox; his fiancé Stacey Marie Townsend; his children, Caleb Cox (Savannah Potts), Dana Simes, Derrick Simes, Tristian Carlton, Mary Beth Simes, Chloe Townsend and Abigail Townsend; his siblings, Pete Cox (April), Cody Cox (Macy) and Crystal Keener (Tim); and his grandchildren, Carolyne and Theodore.
