He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Joseph and Ollie Kincaid Penley; and his siblings, Nancy Penley Kilby (Jim), Marshall Penley and Jerry Penley.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Riggs Penley; his sister Mavis Penley Summerlin (Doug) of Lenoir; his nephews, Cory Kilby and Mike Phillips; his great-nephew Dave Kilby; and his great-nieces, Deanna Kilby and Trinity White.
Due to COVID-19 face masks and social distancing will be required.
