It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Rader Mills of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Adam Rader; her husband David Edward Mills; and her son David Dale Mills. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Mills (Crystal) of Lenoir, Ginger Blinson of Lenoir and Jansie Martin (Randy) of Lenoir; her grandchildren, Andrew Carlton (Ashley) of Wilkesboro, Eric Carlton of Lenoir, James Mills of Hickory, Steven Mills of Lenoir and Emily Mills of Nashville; and her great grandchild Solomon Carlton.
