He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Coffey and Virginia Kirby Coffey; and his daughter Sherry Hudson. He is survived by: his wife Frances Mclean Coffey; his daughter Tammie Roberts of Lenoir; his brother Billy D. Coffey of Lenoir; his grandchildren, Shane, Andy Greene, Shania Estes and Hailey Roberts; and his great grandchildren, Dominic Estes and Ryan Greene.
