He is survived by: his wife Diane; his son Tommy Moretz (Cathy) of Lenoir; his sisters, Creola Dula of Morganton and Reba Moretz of Hudson; and his grandchildren, Trey Winkler, Wyatt Moretz, Dylan Moretz and Dusty Moretz.
