Parsons and Marybelle Parsons Moore; his grandfather Coleman Parsons (Clara) of Boomer, NC; his siblings, Bishop Edward Parsons Jr. (Barbara Gayle) of Shelby, NC and Marilyn Parsons Mitchell (Gary) of Lenoir; and his son Travis Bennett of Stony Point, NC..
He is survived by: his wife Karen Parsons; his children, Jeris Jr. (Anglea), Julian, Jaylin, James (Crystal), Ebonni and Carinda; and his siblings, Ivan Parsons (Terri) of Taylorsville, NC, Thomas Ferguson of Lenoir, NC, Eadie Odom (Vernon) of Taylorsville, NC, Sherry Connelly of Taylorsville, NC and Gloria Hendrix (Chris) of Lenoir. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
