He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Vannoy Calloway (Paul Icenhour); his daughters, Chelsey Calloway and Cheyenne Calloway; his sister Kim Calloway; his aunts and uncles, Ron Calloway, Buck Calloway, Glenda Carter, Linda Porter, Inga Shoemaker and Nadine Jewel; and his close friend Teresa Church. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
