She is survived by: her husband Phillip Deal; her children, Tammy Shew (Rick) and Jody Deal (Charity); her grandchildren, Lindsay Cochran (Matt), Tyler Deal (Lexie), Skyler Shew, Emily Shew and Brooke Deal; and her sister Carolyn Eastwood. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Harris Chapel Baptist Church (1448 Cajah Mountain Rd, Hudson, NC 28638).
