She was predeceased by: her parents, Colen Powell and Sarah Pritchard; and her daughter Ellen Hamby. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Dellinger; her children, Janet Coffey (Daniel) of Lenoir, Bobby Dellinger (Salena) of Winston Salem, Jennifer Lee (Tommy) of Hudson and Sarah Dellinger; and her siblings, Darlene Williams (Marshall), Martha Whisnant and Robert Powell. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
